Exploring Coaching and Its Growth in Malaysia

AHA, The Coaching Show” is a new program dedicated to coaching, showcasing insights and benefits for individuals and organizations. Hosted by Brian Fernandez and Micheal Heah, “The Father of coaching” the Chairman of MACC, CEO of CCA, and founding president of the International Coaching Federation Malaysian chapter.

 Coaching encompasses various areas, including life coaching, executive/leadership coaching, business coaching, sales coaching, and organizational coaching. These niches offer specialized coaching services tailored to individual needs.

Certification and Validation: 

Certified coaches are distinguished from self-proclaimed coaches. Bodies like the ICF and IAC provide accreditation, ensuring coaches meet ethical standards and undergo rigorous training.

Benefits of Coaching:

 Coaching raises self-awareness, broadens mindsets, and helps individuals and organizations unleash their potential. Coaches act as mirrors, providing valuable feedback and supporting personal and professional growth.

Accessibility and Cost: 

Coaching is not limited to large companies and is beneficial for SMEs too. Costs vary based on certification and experience, making coaching accessible to different organizations and individuals.

HRDF Claimability: 

Coaching programs and services can be claimed under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), promoting coaching in organizations and boosting its growth.
