Sridhar Pinnapureddy, the CEO and founder, has spent the last two decades developing unique technology solutions in the areas of cloud computing and infrastructure, energy management, and software development. He says innovation drives his passion and challenging himself with a new skill is his way to stay afresh.

He founded CtrlS Datacenters in 2007 in response to the rise of the Internet, ecommerce, and large-scale digital adoption in the early 2000s. Sridhar is credited with pioneering multiple industry firsts, including Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) and the first Community Cloud for Banks in the world. He’s also the founder and chairman of the Pioneer Group, a conglomerate with holdings in the Internet, IT services, and IT infrastructure.

As an entrepreneur, he always looks to give back to the entrepreneurial community and is actively associated with TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), a nonprofit organisation dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs in all industries and stages of their careers.
