The state of cybersecurity in Malaysia: Insights & tips

We’re back with a new episode to discuss key cybersecurity updates from the region. And this week, we’re joined by Benjamin Ang, Head of Cyber and Homeland Defence at the Centre of Excellence for National Security, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at The Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, as well as our special guest, TK Tan, President of Internet Alliance Malaysia and CEO of Qinetics Group.

1. A data breach in Australia which saw school children’s information leaked on the dark web. This is a wake-up call to schools to improve their security measures and protect themselves from breaches.

3. The state of cybersecurity in Malaysia in light of recent threats in the country and what companies can do to better protect themselves.”
